Organization Overview

Presbyterian Community Services (PCS) is the welfare arm of the Presbyterian Church in Singapore. It is a non-profit Christian organization dedicated to providing senior services and special needs services to the community. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for seniors and individuals with special needs by providing a range of programs and services that promote independence, well-being and social inclusion.

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and driven candidate to lead PCS in the next phase of its mission as it adapts to the challenges of an enhanced social service environment.

The Executive Director will play a key role in steering the mission of PCS, leveraging strong organizational and management skills to ensure impactful and sustainable operations.

As the Executive Director of PCS, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the organization, managing the day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of efficiency and transparency, and cultivating relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders to advance the mission of PCS. You will work closely with the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, and external partners to achieve our organizational goals and make a positive impact in the community. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong commitment to serving vulnerable segments of our society and a passion for making a difference in the lives of others while upholding Christian values and principles.
